Iron Rose Women’s Shooting Club™ Course Night- Intro to IDPA Competition

This Intro to Competition Shooting course offers an in-depth exploration of both the physical and mental components essential for competitive shooting. Participants will learn effective practice techniques designed to enhance performance in competitive settings.
Key topics include:
• Equipment Optimization: Strategies for placing and organizing equipment to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Mental Preparation: Techniques for visualizing actions and scenarios prior to competition to improve focus and execution.
This course night is tailored to elevate your competitive shooting skills through a comprehensive approach to both practice and mental readiness.

Participants will need to bring a holster and at least 2 magazines with a mag holder on their belt. You will also need 200 rounds of ammunition.

If you have your own firearms, you are welcome to bring your own ammunition.  If you need to rent one of ours, the rental is NO CHARGE for the evening, however, you will need to purchase boxes of ammunition (200 rounds).  We will guide you all the way and help you decide which firearm makes sense for you before we head out to the range.
Please note: Ammunition is not allowed in the classroom. If you are bringing a firearm, it must be unloaded and transported in a case, bag, or holster. Any ammunition you bring can be held at the front by our team when you check in. Thank you!
