Join Iron Rose for a unique event designed to help women build confidence, sharpen skills, and train with purpose alongside accomplished women in the firearms and competition space. This is more than range time.

Come learn from accomplished women, ask questions, build skills, receive personalized interaction, and learn how to evaluate your own training so you continue improving long after the event ends.

What We’ll Explore:

Classroom Session

• Welcome and introductions
• Training mindset
• Dry Fire vs. Live Fire
• What training looks like for both new and experienced shooters
• Q&A and discussion

Demonstration + Application

• Watch Ashley and Thy demonstrate practical drills
• Step onto the range and run the drills yourself
• Learn how to observe your performance and make intentional adjustments
• Build a framework you can take home and continue using in your own training

Range Experience

• Opportunity to shoot GLOCK pistols
• Apply concepts in live fire
• Train with purpose, not just repetition

Enjoy time to connect, ask questions, and continue the conversation in community.

General Admission: $150

Preferred Member Pricing: $100
(Available to active Iron Rose and Manchester Firing Line members)

Event attendees who are not already Iron Rose members may apply up to $50 of their event registration toward an annual Iron Rose membership if they join within 7 days of the event.
