Iron Rose Course Night- Non-Lethal Products Pepper Spray

This Course Night is the first in a three-part series focused on non-lethal self-defense tools and personal protection strategies. Throughout the series, we’ll explore a variety of everyday carry options, practical considerations, and ways to build confidence and preparedness.

Our first class will focus specifically on pepper spray. We’ll cover the different types of pepper spray available, how they work, important considerations when choosing and carrying them, and situations where they may or may not be appropriate. We’ll also discuss training considerations and walk through a few simple drills and exercises designed to help members build familiarity, awareness, and confidence with these tools.

This course night is designed to create a supportive space where members can learn, ask questions, and have open conversations about personal safety. Whether you are brand new to non-lethal products or looking to deepen your knowledge, this is a great opportunity to connect with other Iron Rose women, share experiences, and leave with practical information you can apply in everyday life.
