Life after trauma can look different for everyone. LJ will lead a conversation about moving forward, learning how to navigate adversity, recognizing your own strength, and continue building a life beyond what you have experienced.
During this special Club Night, LJ Unicorn will be drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience with her own background in trauma-informed care and a passion for supporting women through life’s challenges. She will share practical ways to begin shifting your mindset from victim to survivor, turning some of life’s most difficult experiences into sources of strength, resilience, and forward momentum.
Together, we will explore:
- What it can mean to move from a victim mindset toward a survivor mindset
- How difficult experiences can shape us without defining our future
- Ways to recognize strength and resilience within yourself
- Simple, practical strategies for putting one foot in front of the other
- How small steps can help create momentum after adversity
This conversation is designed to offer encouragement, perspective, and practical tools for anyone learning how to move forward after difficult experiences.
