MANCHESTER, N.H. — [September 8, 2026] The Iron Rose Women’s Shooting Club today announced the launch of the Rose Garden, an online community created to help women interested in firearms continue learning, find trusted firearms educators and directly connect with one another.
The Rose Garden provides access to a welcoming community for women interested in firearms. No matter where they are located, members can take part in:
- Educational sessions
- Expert-led discussions
- Events (both in-person and online)
- Resource sharing
- Discovery of instructors, ranges, organizations and opportunities across the country.
“Not every woman has a women’s firearms community, trusted instructor or welcoming program five minutes from home,” said TerryAnn Bowen, founder and CEO of Iron Rose Women’s Shooting Club, co-owner of Manchester Firing Line and a certified firearms instructor. “The Rose Garden stops geography from being a barrier.”
The community is built around a collaboration-over-competition model. It is not intended to replace the clubs, instructors, ranges and national organizations women already value. Instead, it offers another point of connection and another way for educators and organizations to help women discover programs they might otherwise miss.
“There are incredible women teaching, leading and building communities everywhere. We don’t believe women should have to choose just one,” Bowen said. “The Rose Garden gives women another place to connect while giving instructors, ranges, brands and organizations the opportunity to share what they are doing and expand their reach.”
The Rose Garden is just one part of Iron Rose’s broader ecosystem. Members can also connect through local events and the annual National Iron Rose Rise-Together Weekend, October 2-4, 2026, also being announced today.
